Candidates will have 3 hours to complete the 150-question, multiple-choice exam.  An extra hour is given if English is not the first language (ESL).

Best Practices in Destination Management
(SECOND EDITION)

All 150 questions are based solely on the book Best Practices in Destination Management (SECOND EDITION). The book can be purchased as a hardback, eBook, or both at a reduced price.  The exam follows the DMC Competencies - the core skills, expertise, and knowledge a DMC professional should possess.

Exam Results

Exam results will be flashed across the screen upon completion of a computer-based exam.  However, the official notification will be provided by ADMEI a week or so after the exam period closes.

Successful Candidates will be notified and can immediately begin using the DMCP suffix after their name.  It can be included on business cards, email signatures, company websites, LinkedIn, and other social media, etc.  The DMCP suffix and logo will appear by the individual's name in the Find a DMC listing on the ADMEI website.
